Unlike others slideshow providers, we include titles, captions, custom-pan and zoom


How long will it take for my completed order to be completed?

After we recieve all your photos and information, we will have your order completed within two weeks.  If you need your order before then, we offer a "rush order" option. For more information or questions on production time please contact us.


I have non-digital photos can you scan them for me?

Yes, we can.  Just send us your photo prints and we will take care of the rest.  We also offer you a photo CD of the digitized files of your scanned photos at a minimal cost.


What format do my digital photos need to be in?

We would prefer your photos in .jpg format, but .bmp and .tiff will be accepted.  Please remember, however, that the quality of the picture will be the quality of your DVD, so please send pictures taken with camera settings of medium-to-high resolution, and pictures scanned at a minium of 300dpi.  Again, please contact us with any question on picture format or quality.


I want to include video clips in my slideshow. Is that possible?

Certainly!!  We can include video clips in your projects at an additional fee. See Packages. However, they must be on a DVD, or in the .avi, .mpeg formats. Contact us for any exceptions.


Will I recieve my original content back

Anything you send to Days Remembered for inclusion in your slideshow (print photos, paper media, photo CDs, video tapes, etc.) is returned to you with your completed order. We do not keep or discard anything which is sent to us by our clients, and we handle your possessions with the greatest of care at all times.


Are additional copies of my slideshow available?

Yes, additonal copies are made available to you at anytime, and at a low cost to you.



What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept personal checks. For your convenience we are also pleased to accept credit card payments through PayPal. More information can be found on the pricing page.


How can I send in my photos?

Digital photos maybe sent via USPS on a DVD or CD.  Still photos maybe sent USPS as well, and will be returned with the finished presentation.  However, Days Remembered is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during shipment.

What if I want a refund?

Days Remembered does not offer refunds due to the tremendous time and effort in producing your presentation.
