Slideshow Order Form

Please contact us and we will send you a complete order form. The steps listed below will assist you with the material and information needed to complete the order form. Thank you for choosing Days Remembered Slideshow Services!

Information needed for completion of order form:

  1. Select your Photos: Consider the quality. The pictures should be free of major blemishes; such as  scratches, or tears. Avoid pictures that are out of focus.  Consider the Orientation. The subject of the picture should be centered. Horizontally oriented photos are the best choice for your slideshow. Remember the quality of the photographs will decide the quality of the slideshow.
  2. Select order of Photos:  If you choose the Complete Package, you may select the order in which you want your pictures to appear in the slideshow. When submitting print photos, please place sticky note on back side of photograph with the corresponding number in which the picture will appear. When submitting digital photos, copy the picture files to a seperate folder and then number the file name in correct order. When submitting both digital and print photos, consider the order of both together and number accordingly.
  3. Select other Material: You may choose video clips, poems, and other sentimental material to include in slideshow. If including video clips please specify and include the time code of the submitted clip.(01:30:05 - 01:32:43)
  4. Select our Music for Slideshow: Please select the music you would like to play in the background of your slideshow from the music page on the Days Remembered website. Days Remembered will purchase it for you online - please list the names of the songs with their name codes. If you do not know the number of songs your slideshow will need, please contact us and we will assist you.
  5. Fill out Order Form: Complete order form in its entirity. You may include additional information you feel needed for the completion of your order.  You may submit your completed order form by mail, email, or arrange to give directly to us, depending on how close you are to Knoxville,TN.

    Questions concerning Slideshow Order:

    1. May I recieve a Final Quote?  Yes, if you would like a final quote, please contact us, and it will be promptly emailed to you.
    2. What should I send?  After completing the order form, send us your numbered print photos or digitial pictures inluded on CD, video clips, and any other material needed for completion of order. Be sure to provide adequate packing material for protection to avoid damage during shipping, and include adequate shipping insurance. Days Remembered is not liable for damage to material incurde during shipping.
    3. Will I revieve Order Confirmation? Yes, you will receive order confirmation from us by either e-mail or telephone as soon as we receive your materials.
    4. How Soon will I recieve my Slideshow?: After we recieve your material, it will take us 10 to 15 business days to complete your order, depending upon the size and complexity of your project. If you will need to Rush your order, please contact us prior to ordering.
    5. Will I know when my slideshow is completed? Yes, Days Remembered will e-mail or call you as soon as your completed order is shipped back to you. We will send you your completed order as well as all of your original material via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or Overnight Express Mail, insured, certified, and return-receipt requested.

    Payment Methods

    You may choose any of these methods for payment.
    Payment in full must be recieved or confirmed before your order will be shipped.

    Personal Check / Cashier's Check
    Days Remebered is happy to accept your personal check or cashier's check for payment in full. Your order will not be delayed. However, your order will not be shipped until your payment has cleared.  

    Money Order
    You may, also, choose to pay with a money order. We will be more than happy to accept this form of payment. We will process your payment as soon as we recieve it.

    Pay Pal
    If you would like to use PayPal, we will contact you with a final price quote and PayPal will send you an online invoice, together with instructions on how to pay through their free service (www.paypal.com). PayPal will accept any major credit card or payment via direct bank-to-bank draft. When your full payment is verified, we will process your order.
